Visa has observed that premium value depends less on a fixed list of benefits and more on relevance, reliability, and convenience. Basic features such as global acceptance, multi-currency payments, and the assurance of successful transactions remain essential. However, differentiation now lies in the extent to which premium services can adapt to the changing lifestyles of the customer.
At the same time, publishers are under pressure: traditional premium propositions are easy to copy, while customers move through their life stages faster than fixed product structures can keep up.
Visa has revamped its Infinite product by consolidating the brand, product, platform, and partnerships. The brand will henceforth be known as Infinitely More, and a more flexible product architecture enables banks to serve customers ranging from the massively wealthy to the ultra-rich.
A notable new feature is an AI-driven concierge who acts on behalf of the cardholder: it offers relevant experiences, makes recommendations, and arranges transactions without the customer having to manually activate anything. Instead of providing a list of available benefits, the concierge understands the context and acts accordingly.
The Visa Infinite platform is supported by a growing network of over one hundred partners. These partners offer experiences that are usually hard to come by, such as exclusive access to the Louvre in Paris, pre-sales for Céline Dion shows in Paris in 2026, and packages surrounding sponsorships such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team, and FIFA.
Visa Infinite is being rolled out in Europe with issuing banks and fintech companies, including Barclays, Privat3 Money, Isbank, and HY10; more parties will follow in the coming months.
