The Christian Mutualities (CM) still receive approximately 50.000 visitors to their offices each month. The number of hours the health insurance fund spends assisting these members has even increased from 5.000 to 7.000 per week.
95% of CM members have a CM health point within a 14-minute drive by car auto, and 56% have one within a fifteen minute bike ride.
Many of the larger CM Health Points are open daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (except Tuesdays and Fridays) for quick questions without an appointment. If you need more time to help a member, we recommend making an appointment.
In addition to the CM contact points in the CM buildings, there are also a large number in Public Social Welfare Centres, hospitals or residential care centres.
Despite the success of physical touchpoints, online contacts are three times higher. Of these contacts, 50% are phone calls, 29% are emails, and 11% are chats. Two years ago, this was 64% by phone, 35% by email, and 2,5% by chat.
