The Belgian banking federation Febelfin and technological innovator NewFutureLab have joined forces to create a new app To be launched: Digihandig. The app is designed to help users navigate the increasingly complex world of online banking, e-commerce, QR codes and more.
Digihandig is designed to support anyone struggling with the digital world. The target audience is broad, encompassing seniors, young people, newcomers, non-native speakers, and anyone looking to sharpen their digital skills.
The app offers a range of modules that help users learn about mobile banking, secure online shopping, adjusting phone settings, and file storage and sharing. It also includes modules on online communication, emailing, route planning, and using QR codes.
Digihandig was created through a collaboration between Febelfin and NewFutureLab, supported by a broad network of Flemish and French-speaking partners active in the field of digital inclusion, including SAAMO, ARhus, Mediawijs, and CPAS Charleroi.
